Our physical bodies are brilliantly-designed societies of cells, each supplying unique and indispensable substances or functions to the whole. Each cell also partakes of the body’s common life, nourishment, and support. “Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.” 1 Corinthians 12:12, NIV God intends his masterful creation of our human bodies to instruct us in functioning as members of Christ’s body.
